Starting from the premise that “underlying the polycrisis is a governance crisis” (International Federation for Systems Research (IFSR) and European School of Governance (EUSG)), the Resilience Funders Network (RFN and Impact Trust invite you to join us for a conversation that will explore the relationship between the polycrisis and governance systems. Governance is a challenge – if not the key challenge – underlying the polycrisis. But what are the emerging governance approaches and alternative systems for ‘operating’ in the world? This conversation seeks to explore the possibilities of ‘how to’ navigate systems transformation. What are the possibilities and systems examples? How might we bring them to life? Designed to be interactive, it will aim to uncover the confluence of ideas, tensions and questions on how to support efforts that seek to shift towards a humanising eco-civilisational society that are in the room. It doesn’t seek to propose the answers rather facilitate a growing exchange of shared understanding for what it is possible and how it could be nurtured.
