Join us on 11 June 2024 for the launch of the 4th edition of CAPS’ biennial Doing Good Index. Against a backdrop of persistent social and economic needs, the Doing Good Index 2024 lays bare the critical role of the social sector and how the right policies and practices can unleash much needed funding towards the sector. As the world has emerged from the Covid-19 pandemic, this iteration of the report takes stock of the social sector’s status quo and looks at how the four components of the index—regulations, tax and fiscal policy, social ecosystem and procurement—have changed over the last two years. This year, the report also includes a thematic section on the impact of digital technology on Asia’s social sectors.
The presentation of key findings of the Doing Good Index 2024 will be followed by conversation with Ruth Shapiro, Ronnie Chan and Nirvana Chaudhary about the role of philanthropy in supporting Asia’s social sectors.
